* Makefile.am (DISTCLEANFILES): also remove amu_autofs_prot.h,
config.cache.old, and dbgcf.h on "make distclean".
(CLEANFILES): remove dbgcf on plain "make clean".

* amd/Makefile.am (DISTCLEANFILES): also remove ops_autofs.c on
"make distclean".
