* Minor new ports alpha-unknown-linux-gentoo1.4.16
alphaev56-dec-osf4.0f, mips-unknown-linux-gentoo1.4.16, and
sparc64-unknown-linux-gentoo1.4.16, and mips-sgi-irix6.5.  Test
those systems with both cc and gcc, where possible.
